Design and create a revamped version of Maternia's e-commerce brand logos. The new logo will also be used for the new optic store in Prague.
Given that the client did not want a completely new logo, I decided to revamp it by stripping back any unnecessary effects (such as drop shadows and outlines), removing the tagline, creating a wider smile of the icon, brighten the colours and select a new contemporary customised font. I also went beyond the call of the brief by creating examples of the logo in context and creating a new brand guidelines pdf. The brand guidelines is intended to aid existing Maternia employees with the implementation of the new logo and to help future employees understand how to use the visual identities of the company's brands.
